Whilst we work closely with the NHS in London to secure accommodation for healthcare professionals, our CIC initiative is focused on supporting individuals in London and the East Midlands who are facing significant life challenges, including ex-offenders, those recovering from complex personal circumstances, and individuals at risk of homelessness.
We collaborate with a trusted local charity that refers clients directly to us, enabling us to provide stable, supported housing under secured tenancies. We aim to offer more than just a roof — we provide a foundation for rebuilding lives.
One of the biggest hurdles in our mission is the limited availability of affordable rental properties. We currently rely on private landlords willing to lease their properties at Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates, but this model is proving unsustainable. Many landlords are understandably unable to commit to these rates, leading to critical delays in housing placements for those in urgent need.
To overcome these barriers, we are seeking to acquire our own properties — giving us greater control and flexibility in providing timely, long-term housing solutions. By doing so, we can scale our impact, reduce dependency on third parties, and ensure vulnerable individuals are housed with security, dignity, and care.
